On March 13, 2026, the Third International Communication Research and Practice Platform “33 LETTERS” took place in Saint Petersburg at the Boiling Point - Almazov Centre venue. The event brought together representatives of science, medicine, education, culture, public organizations, government authorities, and the expert community.
The main goal of the event was to unite generations, strengthen the values of continuity, and develop an effective communication system in the key areas of human life - social, medical, educational, cultural, and legal.
As part of the platform, participants discussed modern mechanisms of interdepartmental cooperation, issues related to developing a culture of health, the evolution of communication models in society, as well as the role of public and professional communities in improving public health and promoting sustainable development.
The report by Sofia Leonardovna Mozokina, President of the Association of Participants in Medical and Health Tourism, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, Candidate of Economic Sciences, titled “Building Communication Links at the International Level Among Participants in Medical and Health Tourism,” outlined strategic areas for the development of international cooperation in medical and health tourism, the integration of professional communities, and the need to create sustainable communication platforms for developing interstate cooperation and promoting Russian medical and health resort services internationally.
Significant interest was generated by the presentation of Elena Nikolaevna Zolotukhina, Head of the Department of PMPS and EMU of the Almazov National Medical Research Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, who presented the federal institution as an example of a global and systemic communication mechanism. The report addressed issues of interaction between medical organizations, public structures, and government institutions within the public health preservation system.
During the research and practice platform, reports were also presented on the development of communication in education, mentoring, youth policy, public initiatives, culture, art, and health preservation.
The second part of the event featured the award ceremony for the winners of the Third International Competition “Create Health 2026,” aimed at supporting social, educational, and awareness-raising initiatives in the field of health preservation. Special recognition was given to the social project - the International Research and Practice Conference “Medical and Health Tourism as an Important Factor in the Strategy for Developing the Export of Medical Services,” implemented by the Association of Participants in Medical and Health Tourism with the participation of Elena Nikolaevna Zolotukhina and Sofia Leonardovna Mozokina.
